Tim Robson On Gardening Australia – Beautiful and Edible

young children’s tv show?

In Australia, back in the 90’s… around 95-97… There was a Kids show on ABC and it was set in a toy room and it had a door that the toys were afraid to go through…. one episode they did go through the door and it had gears and stuff in it…..

Does anyone know the name of this tv show. I think it was Jim Hensens (something or other) ….

Also, do any of you know the name of the show where it had the toy animals and they came to life… When the young boy came in to see the toys.. they never showed his face you could only see his shadow…. the boy knew his toys came to life. I know there was a mole outside and a sundial in the garden and I’m pretty sure one of the toys was a monkey?

So if anyone can tell me the names of these shows thankyou!

That’s the “Secret Life of Toys”. It was a Jim Henson Production that came out in 1994 based on a movie called “The Christmas Toy” that came out earlier. There’s a clip of the show on Retro Junk. Here’s the site: http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/1399-the-secret-life-of-toys/
