I live in an English basement apartment.My parents are the landlords and they said I am free to have lawn decorations and a container garden as long as it stays by my front and back stairwell.

I want to grow 2 species of dwarf sunflowers.The Sunspot and Teddy Bear species grow small and can fit in pots.How do you get the seeds out of sunflowers?
